Die Verhandlungen um ein neues aufgewertetes Geh\u00e4ltermodell sind in den letzten Monaten forgeschritten. Doch am 29. M\u00e4rz hat nochmals eine Verhandlungssitzung zwischen der FHL und den Syndikaten stattgefunden, in der die Positionen wieder auseinanderlaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich hatten wurde in den letzten drei Jahren in der parit\u00e4tischen Kommission eine prinzipielle Einigung gefunden um das gesamte finanzielle Volumen zu berechnen. Aktuell k\u00fcndigt die FHL an, bereits gefundene Einigungen wieder zu hinterfragen. Wir bedauern sehr, dass seitens der FHL nochmals Schritte nach hinten gemacht werden, indem getroffene Einigungen in Frage gestellt werden und fordern die FHL auf mit uns zusammen an einer schnellen und konstruktiven L\u00f6sung zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>In beiden Kollektivvertr\u00e4gen, SAS und FHL, haben wir keine Zeit mehr zu verlieren.<br \/>\nDie Mobilisierungskampagne f\u00fcr die Laufbahnen geht weiter!
