M\u00e4rz 2017 fand die erste Sitzung auf dem nationalen Schlichtungsamt zwischen Gewerkschaften und Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nden des SAS Sektors statt. In der Sitzung hat der OGBL noch einmal auf die Unzufriedenheit der Besch\u00e4ftigten hingewiesen und darauf bestanden, dass die geschuldete Aufwertung der Laufbahnen nun endlich auch im SAS-Kollektivvertrag umgesetzt werden muss!<\/p>\n<p>Von Seiten der Arbeitgeber hat ihr Stellvertreter:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00fcber die Austerit\u00e4tspolitik der Regierung lamentiert<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0gemeint die SAS Geh\u00e4lter seien schon sehr hoch, mit die h\u00f6chsten des Landes<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0behauptet eine partielle Aufwertung der Laufbahnen w\u00fcrde ausreichen<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0weiterhin auf ihrer Stellung\u00a0 beharrt trotz der generellen Mobilisierung der Besch\u00e4ftigten<br \/>\nIhr Vorschlag die Aufwertung der Laufbahnen auf ein 5 Jahresvolumen zu begrenzen und alle 5 Jahre wieder neu zu verhandeln, ist inakzeptabel und eine Provokation f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten!<br \/>\nDer OGBL l\u00e4sst sich nicht auf dieses politische Spiel ein. Nach stundenlanger Sitzung auf dem nationalen Schlichtungsamt konnte kein gemeinsamer L\u00f6sungsansatz gefunden werden.<br \/>\nDie gesetzliche Frist von 16 Wochen l\u00e4uft also nun an. Nach Ablauf der 16 Wochen kann der OGBL das Scheitern der Schlichtung beantragen und hat somit das Streikrecht.
