Januar 2017 haben OGBL sowie die Personaldelegation einen Kollektivvertrag mit der Direktion f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer von der Firma Ceratungsten S.\u00e0r.l. unterzeichnet.<br \/>\nDieses Abkommen ist g\u00fcltig f\u00fcr den Zeitraum vom 1. M\u00e4rz 2016 bis zum 28. Februar 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen mit der Direktion von Cratungsten haben in einer Atmosph\u00e4re von gutem Sozialdialog stattgefunden.<\/p>\n<p>Unter den Hauptverbesserungen gilt es hervorzuheben:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Einmalige Pr\u00e4mien<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr das Jahr 2016, Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie von 250\u20ac.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr das Jahr 2017, Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie von 250\u20ac.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr das Jahr 2018, Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie von 250\u20ac.<br \/>\nAb dem Jahr 2018 werden die L\u00f6hne um 1% erh\u00f6ht.<br \/>\nEin 13.
