Am 7. M\u00e4rz 2017 wurde ein Abkommen zwischen der Direktion, dem federf\u00fchrenden OGBL und dem LCGB unterzeichnet, das folgende Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten festh\u00e4lt:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Eine lineare Aufwertung s\u00e4mtlicher Geh\u00e4lter r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. Januar 2017.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Die Zahlung einer substantiellen, einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr das Jahr 2018.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Die Zahlung einer substantiellen, einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr das Jahr 2019.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Die Einf\u00fchrung eines zus\u00e4tzlichen Urlaubstages, die den konventionellen Urlaub von 28 auf 29 Tage pro Jahr erh\u00f6ht. Zudem werden drei konventionelle Feiertage in frei zu nehmenden Kompensierungs-Urlaub umgewandelt.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Eine Erh\u00f6hung des Kleidergeldes auf 495 Euro pro Jahr.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Weitere Anpassungen verschiedener Bestimmungen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle anderen kollektivvertraglichen Bestimmungen bleiben bestehen. Die Dauer des Kollektivvertrags bel\u00e4uft sich auf drei Jahre (vom 1. Januar 2017 bis zum 31. Dezember 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in Esch\/Alzette besch\u00e4ftigt 77 Personen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL und vom LCGB<br \/>\nam 10.
