{"id":2163,"date":"2017-02-03T11:29:20","date_gmt":"2017-02-03T10:29:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/quen-est-il-de-la-revalorisation-annoncee-du-cheque-repas"},"modified":"2023-06-13T09:50:38","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T07:50:38","slug":"quen-est-il-de-la-revalorisation-annoncee-du-cheque-repas","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/quen-est-il-de-la-revalorisation-annoncee-du-cheque-repas\/","title":{"rendered":"Wie steht es mit der angek\u00fcndigten Wiederaufwertung der \u201eCh\u00e8ques-repas\u201c?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/cheque_repas_vignette.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-23418\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/cheque_repas_vignette.jpg\" alt=\"cheque_repas_vignette\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Mit Blick auf die Ungewissheit die es bez\u00fcglich der Ank\u00fcndigung seitens der Regierung gibt, die \u201eCh\u00e8ques-repas\u201c aufzuwerten, hat das Syndikat OGBL-SBA dem Finanzminister Pierre Gramegna geschrieben, um Klarstellungen zu bekommen betreffend der praktischen Umsetzung dieser Ma\u00dfnahme, die unterschiedlichen Interpretationen ausgesetzt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Der Minister hatte die Wiederaufwertung der \u201eCh\u00e8ques-repas\u201c im Rahmen einer Steuerreform angek\u00fcndigt, deren vorgegebenes Ziel es war, die Kaufkraft von rund 60.000 Arbeitnehmern aus Luxemburg zu erh\u00f6hen. Stark mediatisiert, war diese Ank\u00fcndigung vom OGBL-SBA begr\u00fc\u00dft und von s\u00e4mtlichen betroffenen Akteuren positiv aufgenommen worden, ebenso von den Unternehmen, die ihren Mitarbeitern diesen Vorteil zugestehen.<\/p>\n<p>Nun war es aber so, dass sobald das gro\u00dfherzogliche Reglement ver\u00f6ffentlicht worden war, die die Erh\u00f6hung des Scheck-Wertes best\u00e4tigte, die Patronatsvertreter des Finanzsektors ihren Mitgliedern nahegelegt haben, diese Erh\u00f6hung nicht umzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das OGBL-SBA ist diese Haltung unannehmbar, umso mehr die Resultate der Finanzeinrichtungen zurzeit hervorragend sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das OGBL-SBA bedauert einmal mehr, dass die Arbeitgeber aus dem Finanzsektor ihren Mitarbeitern Austerit\u00e4tsma\u00dfnahmen auferlegen, indem sie einfach nur gegen den Geist der Steuerreform steuern.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahme sollte die Kaufkraft erh\u00f6hen und einen nicht zu untersch\u00e4tzenden Sozialvorteil f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer mit sich bringen. Sie war von s\u00e4mtlichen Parteien akzeptiert worden. Heute l\u00e4uft sie die Gefahr kontraproduktiv zu sein und nicht zur Wiederaufwertung zu f\u00fchren, die geplant war.
