\"dupont_teijin_films\"<\/a>Die Verhandlungen f\u00fcr einen neuen Kollektivvertrag bei DUPONT \/ DUPONT TEIJIN FILMS sind am 20. Januar 2017 abgeschlossen worden. Der neue Kollektivvertrag wurde unterzeichnet von LCGB, OGBL und der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung, nach dreimonatigen Verhandlungen und 15 Informationssitzungen f\u00fcr die Belegschaft.<\/p>\n

Das Abkommen, das f\u00fcr eine Dauer von drei Jahren unterzeichnet wurde (1.01.2017 \u2013 31.12.2019) beinhaltet folgende Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer, die vom Kollektivvertrag betroffen sind:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. j\u00e4hrliche Lohnerh\u00f6hung nach dem System \u201eMerit Grid\u201c (Single Roll);<\/li>\n
  2. progressive Anpassung des Anfangslohns an das \u201eSingle Roll\u201c-Niveau;<\/li>\n
  3. das Prinzip des Rollenverst\u00e4ndnisses wird erhalten bleiben;<\/li>\n
  4. Erh\u00f6hung der Reliefpr\u00e4mie von 20 auf 30\u20ac;<\/li>\n
  5. Erh\u00f6hung des Nachtzuschlags auf 25,5% zum 1. Januar 2018 und auf 26% zum 1. Januar 2019;<\/li>\n
  6. die Umwandlung der Feiertage Fastnachtsmontag, Kirmesmontag (Braderie) und 4 Stunden von Allerseelen (2,5 Tage insgesamt) in normale Urlaubstage f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche vertragsgebundenen ArbeitnehmerInnen der Tagesschicht;<\/li>\n
  7. Einf\u00fchrung einer parit\u00e4tischen Kommission, um die Begutachtungen des \u201eSingle Roll\u201c (Merit-System) zu \u00fcberwachen und falls notwendig, Meinungsverschiedenheiten zu schlichten (Personalvorschriften);<\/li>\n
  8. Die ArbeitnehmerInnen k\u00f6nnen frei \u00fcber die Auszahlung oder Kompensierung der \u00dcberstunden bis zu einer Gesamtzahl von 80 Stunden entscheiden; der Arbeitgeber beh\u00e4lt das Recht einzugreifen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mit Blick auf die unmittelbar bevorstehenden Restrukturierungen, die in einer Aufteilung von Dupont de Nemours\/DTF in drei unabh\u00e4ngige Unternehmen bestehen, sowie auf die vorgesehene Fusion mit \u201eDow-Chemicals\u201c, hat die Verhandlungskommission die Wichtigkeit und die Unerl\u00e4sslichkeit hervorgehoben, einen Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr drei Jahre abzuschlie\u00dfen, um von den vorerw\u00e4hnten Vorteilen bis Ende 2019 zu profitieren.<\/p>\n
