Januar hat das OGBL\/SBA mehr als hundert Leute mobilisiert. Das Ziel war es, abermals auf dem Luxemburger Finanzplatz, das Vorhaben der Bank Edmond de Rothschild anzuprangern, 18 Mitarbeiter zu entlassen, im Rahmen einer Verlagerung in die Schweiz, ohne die Gesetzesvorgaben zu den wirtschaftsbedingten Entlassungen zu respektieren.<\/p>\n<p><b>Das diesbez\u00fcgliche Arbeitsrecht: Wir m\u00f6chten die Verhandlung eines Sozialplans, es reicht!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Wir haben mehrmals versucht, einen konstruktiven Dialog anzufangen, doch scheint die Direktion von Edmond de Rothschild auf taub zu schalten. Die Bank zieht es vor, die derzeitige Gesetzgebung bez\u00fcglich der wirtschaftlich bedingten Entlassungen zu umgehen, indem sie es ablehnt einen Sozialplan oder einen Arbeitserhaltungsplan zu verhandeln. Sie schl\u00e4gt eine Betriebsvereinbarung vor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kosteng\u00fcnstig entlassen: das ist ihr Ziel!!!!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die Betriebsvereinbarung erm\u00f6glicht es, dass kein Sozialplan mit den Gewerkschaften ausgehandelt werden muss, um sich so der Mitarbeiter kosteng\u00fcnstig zu entledigen. Indem sie das Gesetz umgeht, beraubt die Bank die Mitarbeiter ihrer Rechte, insbesondere ihrer Rechte auf Sozial- und Begleitma\u00dfnahmen sowie ihrer Rechte auf Widerspruch. Diese Vorgehensweise steht im totalen Gegensatz zur luxemburgischen Gesetzgebung.<\/p>\n<p>Das OGBL\/SBA bekr\u00e4ftigt, dass die Gesetzgebung bez\u00fcglich der wirtschaftsbedingten Entlassungen, so wie sie heute besteht, zu viele Schwachpunkte enth\u00e4lt, zugunsten derer, die sie umgehen wollen.
