{"id":2152,"date":"2017-01-04T16:14:38","date_gmt":"2017-01-04T15:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/les-inquietudes-de-logbl-concernant-les-faiblesses-de-la-nouvelle-convention-saverent-exactes"},"modified":"2023-06-02T10:38:10","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T08:38:10","slug":"les-inquietudes-de-logbl-concernant-les-faiblesses-de-la-nouvelle-convention-saverent-exactes","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/les-inquietudes-de-logbl-concernant-les-faiblesses-de-la-nouvelle-convention-saverent-exactes\/","title":{"rendered":"Die Bedenken des OGBL bez\u00fcglich der Schw\u00e4che des neuen Kollektivvertrags bei sind richtig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/post_lux.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23282 alignnone\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/post_lux.jpg\" alt=\"post_lux\" width=\"300\" height=\"158\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zusammensetzung:<br \/>\n\u2022 Besch\u00e4ftigte Arbeitnehmer: 1.431<br \/>\n\u2022 Personalvertretung: OGBL 33.3%<br \/>\nDer OGBL hat eine ganze Reihe von Verbesserungen des Kollektivvertrags der Staatsarbeitnehmer erreicht, insbesondere die Abschaffung der Erschwernis- und Schmutzzulagen, die durch eine Gehaltserh\u00f6hung um 6 Punkte f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Staatsarbeitnehmer ersetzt wurde.<br \/>\nDer OGBL vertrat die Meinung, dass der Kollektivvertrag bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c \u00fcberhaupt keine automatische Umsetzung jeglicher Verbesserung des Arbeitskollektivvertrags der Staatsarbeitnehmer auf das Personal mit dem Statut eines Staatsarbeitnehmers bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c hat.<br \/>\nAus dem Grund war eine der Hauptforderungen des OGBL bei den letzten Tarifverhandlungen bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c, die Garantie der automatischen Anpassung f\u00fcr die Staatsarbeitnehmer die bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c arbeiten, der zuk\u00fcnftigen Verbesserungen im Kollektivvertrag der Staatsarbeitnehmer. Der OGBL wird es nicht m\u00fcde zu unterstreichen, dass diese automatische Anpassung im Kollektivvertrag der Arbeitnehmer bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c festgehalten werden muss.<br \/>\nJedoch hat die gewerkschaftliche Koalition von P&amp;T-CGFP\/LCGB wegen der Erpressung auf Zeit durch die Direktion von \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c, die lineare Erh\u00f6hung von 70 Euro nicht mehr garantieren zu k\u00f6nnen, nachgegeben, und hat diese unerl\u00e4ssliche Forderung fallen lassen, so wie sie in unserem Artikel unserer Novemberausgabe erw\u00e4hnt war. Im Gegensatz zum OGBL glaubt die gewerkschaftliche Koalition von P&amp;T-CGFP\/LCGB, die f\u00fcr die Lohnbedingungen bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c verantwortlich ist, dass diese Anpassung sich entweder automatisch macht, oder im schlimmsten Fall, dass sie sp\u00e4ter nachverhandelt wird, ohne jedoch von der Direktion von \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c die Garantie einer Verpflichtung zur Teilnahme an solchen Neuverhandlungen, gefragt zu haben.<br \/>\nDie Folge dieses Fehlers ist, dass die Staatsarbeitnehmer die bei \u201ePost Luxembourg\u201c arbeiten, die Leidtragenden sein werden, da sie auf die Aufwertung des Monatslohns um 6 Punkte verzichten m\u00fcssen. Der OGBL verpflichtet sich jedoch dazu zu versuchen, den umfassenden Automatismus mit den vom OGBL f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer der \u00f6ffentlichen Verwaltungen ausgehandelten Lohnbedingungen wieder herzustellen.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3961,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
