Die wahren Verhandlungen haben \u00fcbrigens noch nicht begonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Es stimmt, dass die Gewerkschafts- und Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde des SAS-Sektors sowie die Vertreter der zust\u00e4ndigen Ministerien sich wieder am 25. November im Rahmen der ASFT-Kommission getroffen haben. Es stimmt ebenfalls, dass die Sozialpartner einer \u00dcbereinstimmung zu einem Stellungnahmeentwurf, den sie der Regierung \u00fcbergeben m\u00fcssen, sehr nahe sind. Doch ist dieser Stellungnahmeentwurf in nichts ma\u00dfgebend, wenn es um den Ausgang der kommenden und wahren Verhandlungen geht.<\/p>\n<p>Beim jetzigen Stand geht es ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die Sozialpartner darum, eine gemeinsame Stellungnahme auszuarbeiten, die nur eine neue Sch\u00e4tzung der vorhersehbaren Ausgaben bez\u00fcglich der Personall\u00f6hne im SAS-Sektor darstellt, sich st\u00fctzend auf die letzten Entwicklungen im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst.<\/p>\n<p>Die wahren Verhandlungen werden erst beginnen, wenn die Regierung den endg\u00fcltigen Betrag des Finanzpakets festgelegt hat, den sie dem Sektor zuteilt (die Regierung ist \u00fcbrigens nicht dazu verpflichtet der gemeinsamen Stellungnahme der Sozialpartner Folge zu leisten). Erst dann werden die Verhandlungen zwischen Gewerkschafts- und Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nden beginnen, bei denen es um die konkrete Verteilung des zugeteilten Betrags geht.<\/p>\n<p>Der Sozialkonflikt zwischen Gewerkschafts- und Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nden im SAS-Sektor bleibt also weitgehend ungel\u00f6st. In der Tat haben die wahren Verhandlungen. im Rahmen derer der OGBL die Aufwertung der Karrieren fordert \u2013 die mehr als legitim ist und f\u00fcr die am vergangenen 4.
