Die Direktion von JP Morgan, der OGBL-SBA, der LCGB und die ALEBA und die Personaldelegation konnten sich am 19. Oktober 2016 \u00fcber die Modalit\u00e4ten eines Sozialplans einigen.<\/p>\n

Die Sozialplanverhandlungen f\u00fcr die von der Kollektiventlassung betroffenen Arbeitnehmer haben innerhalb der vom Gesetz vorgesehenen Frist stattgefunden. W\u00e4hrend der Verhandlungen konnte die Zahl der entlassenen Arbeitnehmer von 105 auf ein Maximum von 93 reduziert werden.<\/p>\n

Die nationalen Gewerkschaften und die Personaldelegation konnten im Rahmen des Sozialplans verschiedene soziale und finanzielle Begleitma\u00dfnahmen zu Gunsten der Arbeitnehmer erreichen.<\/p>\n

Darunter sind unter anderem au\u00dfergesetzliche Entsch\u00e4digungen in Verbindung mit der Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeitsdauer, dem Alter, mit der Familiensituation des Angestellten sowie ein Budget, das es erm\u00f6glicht eine externe Neueingliederung oder eine Ausbildung durchzuf\u00fchren. Zudem besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit eine Verl\u00e4ngerung der K\u00fcndigungsfrist zu beantragen.<\/p>\n
