Der OGBL hat am 13. Oktober die meisten der 17 Arbeitnehmer empfangen, die vom Konkurs der Baufirma A\u00e7amonta betroffen sind, um sie \u00fcber ihre Rechte und \u00fcber die Schutzmechanismen die im Rahmen einer Konkursanmeldung ihres Unternehmens bestehen, zu informieren.<\/p>\n

Dieser Konkurs ist eine zus\u00e4tzliche Notstandsituation f\u00fcr diese Arbeitnehmer, die in der Vergangenheit schon viele unheilvolle Momente erlebt haben.<\/p>\n

Erinnern wir daran, dass schon 2013, der OGBL die Firma A\u00e7amonta \u00f6ffentlich denunziert hatte, da sie wiederholt gegen den Arbeitskollektivvertrag und die Entsendungsregeln der ausl\u00e4ndischen Arbeitnehmer versto\u00dfen hatte. Schwerwiegende Probleme, die zu einigen Gerichtsprozessen gef\u00fchrt haben, von denen noch einige am Laufen sind.<\/p>\n
