Oktober 2016 \u00fcber die Modalit\u00e4ten eines Sozialplans einigen.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Konsultationsverfahrens, das vom Gesetz vorgesehen ist, hatte die Direktion von Delphi Luxemburg, am 26. September, ihr Vorhaben 40 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze abzuschaffen, best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sozialplanverhandlungen f\u00fcr die von der Kollektiventlassung betroffenen Arbeitnehmer haben innerhalb der vom Gesetz vorgesehenen Frist stattgefunden. W\u00e4hrend der Verhandlungen konnte die Zahl der entlassenen Arbeitnehmer von 40 auf 15 reduziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL und die Personaldelegation konnten im Rahmen des Sozialplans verschiedene soziale und finanzielle Begleitma\u00dfnahmen zu Gunsten der Arbeitnehmer erreichen. Darunter sind unter anderem au\u00dfergesetzliche Entsch\u00e4digungen in Verbindung mit der Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeitsdauer, mit der Familiensituation des Angestellten sowie ein Budget, das es erm\u00f6glicht eine externe Neueingliederung oder eine Ausbildung durchzuf\u00fchren.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Dienstleistungen und Energie<br \/>\nam 7.
