M\u00e4rz 1992 bez\u00fcglich der Wiederaufwertung einiger Gesundheitsberufe vorzunehmen. Diese \u00c4nderungen h\u00e4tten f\u00fcr die Angestellten aus dem Gesundheitssektor die Abschaffung von f\u00fcnf Urlaubstagen bedeutet, die das Gesetz zur Weiterbildung garantiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Weiterbildung geh\u00f6rt zu den absoluten Priorit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die Angestellten aus dem Gesundheitssektor, von denen der OGBL erster Vertreter ist. Das Ziel der Weiterbildung ist es eine hohe Pflegequalit\u00e4t zu erreichen in einem hoch spezialisierten und sich st\u00e4ndig entwickelnden Bereich, bedingt durch die Fortschritte der Medizin und der therapeutischen Handlungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL hat in diesem Kontext daran erinnert, dass das Weiterbildungszentrum DeWidong, das im Jahr 2002 von den Sozialpartnern im Kollektivvertrag des Gesundheitssektors, gegr\u00fcndet wurde, seit 14 Jahren erste Referenz im Weiterbildungsbereich ist, dank des Mibestimmungsprinzips, auf das es sich st\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ministerin hat den OGBL dar\u00fcber informiert, dass eine Beratung zwischen dem Gesundheitsministerium und dem Ministerium f\u00fcr Hochschulwesen und Forschung stattfand. Diese Beratung f\u00fchrte zu einer Ver\u00e4nderung des oben genannten Gesetzesprojekts, die am 19. September 2016 von der parlamentarischen Kommission gutgehei\u00dfen wurde. Um genauer zu sein: der delegierte Minister f\u00fcr Hochschulwesen und Forschung, Marc Hansen, hat der Abgeordnetenkammer am 15. September 2016 einige \u00c4nderungsvorschl\u00e4ge zukommen lassen, die die Ab\u00e4nderung einiger Bestimmungen von Artikel 73 des betroffenen Gesetzes zum Ziel hat, von denen insbesondere die Bestimmungen, die urspr\u00fcnglich \u00c4nderungen im Bereich der Weiterbildung, betroffen waren.<\/p>\n<p>Auf die einstweiligen Injunktionen<b> <\/b>von Seiten der Berufst\u00e4tigen aus dem Gesundheitswesen und ihrer Gewerkschaft OGBL hin, wird schlie\u00dflich vorgeschlagen, das Recht auf Weiterbildung zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Das OGBL-Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen begr\u00fc\u00dft, dass eine solche Verschlechterung f\u00fcr die Angestellten des Sektors sowie der Pflegequalit\u00e4t verhindert werden konnte.<\/p>\n<p>Ebenso, betreffend die Hinf\u00e4lligkeit der Berufsaus\u00fcbung, haben alle Fragen zufriedenstellende Antworten gefunden. In der Tat wird das Gesetz \u00fcber die Gesundheitsberufe durch zwei zus\u00e4tzliche Punkte erweitert: das Recht zur Berufsaus\u00fcbung soll hinf\u00e4llig werden, wenn ein Angestellter seit mehr als zwei Jahren inaktiv ist. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Einf\u00fchrung eines Parallelismus im Vergleich zu \u00c4rzten und Apothekern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ministerin hat dar\u00fcber hinaus best\u00e4tigt, dass dieser Verfall nicht effektiv sein wird, wenn eine Verbindung mit der Arbeit bestehenbleibt, wie zum Beispiel ein Elternurlaub oder wenn die Arbeitnehmer aus dem Gesundheitssektor innerhalb ihres Betriebes f\u00fcr andere Missionen eingesetzt werden, die nicht aus dem Pflegebereich sind, insbesondere die Personaldelegierten, jedoch auch die Angestellten die an das PRN, an die Pflegequalit\u00e4ts\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung oder in den Bereich der elektronischen Patientenakte usw. ausgeliehen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Jegliche Diskriminierung zwischen den Angestellten bleibt demnach ausgeschlossen.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen<br \/>\nam 13.
