September vom Minister f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung und Infrastrukturen sowie vom Vorsitzenden des Verwaltungsrats von Lux-Airport empfangen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Hauptthema des Treffens war der Motivationsverlust des Personals der Gesellschaft Lux-Airport, die zu 100% dem Luxemburger Staat geh\u00f6rt. Das allgemeine Unwohlsein kommt besonders durch die vielen Entlassungen, freiwilligen R\u00fccktritte, abgelehnte Lohnerh\u00f6hungen, versp\u00e4tete Lohnzahlungen, die Nichteinhaltung der maximalen Arbeitsdauer und der t\u00e4glichen gesetzlich festgelegten Ruhepausen sowie die allgemein feindliche Einstellung der Firmenleitung gegen\u00fcber Frauen, insbesondere gegen\u00fcber schwangeren Frauen. Die Personalpolitik bei Lux-Airport ist gekennzeichnet durch ein Klima von Angst und Unterdr\u00fcckung.<\/p>\n<p>Alleine im Sicherheitsbereich wurden w\u00e4hrend der vergangenen drei Jahre 18 Mitarbeiter entlassen, oft durch fadenscheinige Gr\u00fcnde, 34 Arbeitnehmer haben sich freiwillig dazu entschlossen, Lux-Airport zu verlassen. In den letzten drei Jahren ist das Personal der Sicherheitsabteilung von 157 auf 131 Arbeitnehmer geschrumpft, obwohl, wegen eines chronischen Personalmangels und eines permanenten Anstiegs des Arbeitsvolumens beschlossen wurde, das Personal um 20 Mit-arbeiter aufzustocken.<\/p>\n<p>Der Minister zeigte sich hinsichtlich dieser katastrophalen Bilanz geschockt und hat versprochen, diese Missst\u00e4nde zu beheben.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL hat sich klar gegen jegliche Privatisierungsma\u00dfnahmen der Luftfahrtsverwaltung [Administration de la Navigation a\u00e9rienne (ANA)] ausgesprochen, umso mehr es vorgesehen ist, die Kompetenzen der ANA an Lux-Airport zu \u00fcbertragen, insbesondere was die Zertifizierung des Flugplatzes betrifft.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Zusammenhang unterstrich der Minister, dass es einen Mangel an Zusammenarbeit zwischen ANA, Lux-Airport und der DAC (Direktion der zivilen Luftfahrt \/ direction de l\u2019aviation civile) gibt. Er erinnerte mit Nachdruck daran, dass es Aufgabe des Ministeriums ist, den Verantwortlichen f\u00fcr die Betreibung des Flughafens zu nennen.
