Januar 2016,<br \/>\n&#8211; Verbesserung der Kriterien zum Erhalt der Produktionspr\u00e4mie,<br \/>\n&#8211; Aufwertung der Gratifikation f\u00fcr \u201eEx-Arbeiter\u201c Arbeitnehmer,<br \/>\n&#8211; Festlegung eines Schwellenwertes der Gratifikation f\u00fcr \u201eEx-Angestellten\u201c Arbeitnehmer,<br \/>\n&#8211; Verbesserung der Anerkennung der Polyvalenz der \u201eEx-Arbeiter\u201c Arbeitnehmer.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der aktuellen Berichte \u00fcber eine wahrscheinliche \u00dcbernahme durch einen neuen Wirtschaftsakteur des Stahlkabelbereiches \u201eWire Solutions\u201c, wurde der Kollektivvertrag auf Dr\u00e4ngen der Personaldelegation auf eine Dauer von 3 Jahren festgelegt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Metallverarbeitende Industrie<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> am 21.
