Juni 2016 auf Kirchberg getroffen, um gegen die skandal\u00f6se Einstellung von elf europ\u00e4ischen Regierungen bez\u00fcglich der notwendigen \u00dcberarbeitung der Direktive \u201eEntsendung\u201c zu protestieren. Die Regierungen aus Bulgarien, Tschechien, Estland, Ungarn, Lettland, Litauen, Polen, Rum\u00e4nien, aus der Slowakei und aus D\u00e4nemark fordern in der Tat die R\u00fccknahme des aktuellen \u00dcberarbeitungsvorschlags der Direktive. Sie lehnen n\u00e4mlich das Prinzip, \u201egleicher Lohn f\u00fcr gleiche Arbeit am gleichen Ort\u201c ab.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_5240.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_5240.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5240\" width=\"250\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a>Nach dem Appell des Europ\u00e4ischen Verbandes der Bau- und Holzarbeiter (EFBWW), sind demnach die Demonstranten gekommen, um den europ\u00e4ischen Arbeitsministern, die auf Kirchberg versammelt waren, eine klare Botschaft zu hinterlassen. Die Entsendung von Arbeitskr\u00e4ften ist m\u00f6glich, und nur dann, wenn das Grundprinzip \u201egleicher Lohn f\u00fcr gleiche Arbeit\u201c garantiert wird. Es muss endlich dem Sozialdumping, das durch die Anwendung der aktuellen Direktive hervorgeht, ein Ende gesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die europ\u00e4ische Kommission muss demnach den Sperrversuch der elf Mitgliedsstaaten ablehnen, und an ihrem Projekt festhalten, trotz dessen Mangelhaftigkeit, damit eine wahre Debatte mit den Regierungen und dem Europaparlament entstehen kann, und damit der legislative Prozess den Respekt der nationalen Kollektivverhandlungen und Lohnbestimmungen laut den Subsidiarit\u00e4ts- und die Proportionalit\u00e4tsprinzipien, gew\u00e4hren kann.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FAMfaTPGDjY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4037,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[38],"syndicat":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
