{"id":2039,"date":"2016-04-20T10:54:28","date_gmt":"2016-04-20T08:54:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/pas-de-signature-sans-revalorisation"},"modified":"2023-06-15T11:30:43","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T09:30:43","slug":"pas-de-signature-sans-revalorisation","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/pas-de-signature-sans-revalorisation\/","title":{"rendered":"Keine Unterschrift ohne Aufwertung !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nach jahrzehntelangem Kampf f\u00fcr die Aufwertung der Laufbahnen,<br \/>\nNach monatelanger Verhandlung von Gewerkschaften und FHL \u00fcber die Berechnung des Gesamtvolumens,<br \/>\nNach der Umsetzung der Geh\u00e4lteraufwertung beim \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst im Jahr 2015,<br \/>\nNach \u00fcberfl\u00fcssigem in die L\u00e4nge ziehen der legitimen Forderungen der Besch\u00e4ftigten,<\/p>\n<p>Hat die FHL sich zu folgendem Vorschlag herabgelassen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Aufwertung der Laufbahnen bis mindestens 2018 hinauszuschieben<\/li>\n<li>Die Berechnung des Gesamtvolumens des \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstes auf eine dritte Partei abzuschieben<\/li>\n<li>Nur einen kleinen Teil der finanziellen Elemente die den Besch\u00e4ftigten zustehen, auszuzahlen\n<ul>\n<li>eine einmalige Pr\u00e4mie von 0,9%<\/li>\n<li>eine provisorische Erh\u00f6hung des Punktwertes von 2,2% nur f\u00fcr die Jahre 2016 und 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle Besch\u00e4ftigten des Krankenhaussektors haben sich die letzten beiden Tage \u00fcber ihre gew\u00e4hlten OGBL- und LCGB-Vertreter zu diesem Vorschlag ge\u00e4u\u00dfert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Vorschlag der FHL wurde mit vernichtender Mehrheit abgelehnt!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Besch\u00e4ftigten lassen sich keinen Sand in die Augen streuen! Sie haben verstanden dass die \u201egro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Geste\u201c der FHL nur einen sehr kleinen Teil des Gesamtvolumens ausmacht, das uns sowieso zusteht!<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEIN<\/strong> zu einer PROVISORISCHEN Erh\u00f6hung des Punktwerts!<br \/>\n<strong>NEIN<\/strong> zu einer Zerst\u00fcckelung des Gesamtvolumens!<br \/>\n<strong>NEIN<\/strong> zu einer Funktionsbezahlung!<\/p>\n<p><strong>JA<\/strong> zu einer sofortigen Aufwertung der Laufbahnen!<br \/>\n<strong>JA<\/strong> zum Erhalt unserer Tarifautonomie!<br \/>\n<strong>JA<\/strong> zu einer gemeinsamen Mobilisierung mit unseren Kollegen aus dem SAS-KV!<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL und der LCGB fordern eine unverz\u00fcgliche Aufwertung der Gesundheits- und Sozialberufe, sowie die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen des Artikel 28 aus unserem FHL-Kollektivvertrag der das gleiche Gesamtvolumen des \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstes f\u00fcr den FHL-Kollektivvertrag vorsieht!<\/p>\n<p>Die Mobilisierungskampagne f\u00fcr die Laufbahnen geht weiter!
