M\u00e4rz hat die OGBL-Delegation der Firma Eurofoil (Herstellung von Alufolien) das gesamte Personal des Standorts dazu eingeladen, an einer ersten Protest-aktion vor den Toren der Firma, die sich in der Industriezone \u201eRiedgen\u201c in D\u00fcdelingen befindet, teilzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese erste Aktion, die, ob der massiven Teilnahme des Personals ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg war, hatte zum Ziel, die unannehmbare Haltung der Direktion bei den Verhandlungen zur Erneuerung des Arbeitskollektivvertrags anzuprangern.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz der zahlreichen schon vom Personal in den vergangenen Jahren zugestandenen Opfer, beharrt die Direktion weiterhin auf einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Reduzierung der Besch\u00e4ftigtenzahl, m\u00f6chte einige au\u00dfergesetzliche Urlaubstage streichen, will eine Reorganisation der verschiedenen Abteilungen aufzwingen und zeigt sich gleichzeitig komplett unf\u00e4hig, einen existenzf\u00e4higen Industrieplan vorzulegen, der es erm\u00f6glicht, den dauerhaften Fortbestand der Produktionsst\u00e4tte zu garantieren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/eurofoil_17_03_2016_1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/eurofoil_17_03_2016_1.jpg\" alt=\"eurofoil_17_03_2016_1\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a>Dabei muss man wissen, dass die erste Verhandlungssitzung f\u00fcr die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags im Februar 2015 stattgefunden hat. Auf Anfrage der Direktion wurden die Verhandlungen ein erstes Mal auf Oktober aufgeschoben. W\u00e4hrend der Sitzung im Oktober hat die Direktion ein weiteres Mal an die \u201eVernunft\u201c der Delegation appelliert, und hat wegen der Situation, in der sich Eurofoil befindet, darum gebeten, die Verhandlungen ein weiteres Mal aufzuschieben. Dies wurde sowohl vom OGBL als auch von unseren Delegierten akzeptiert.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/eurofoil_17_03_2016_3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/eurofoil_17_03_2016_3.jpg\" alt=\"eurofoil_17_03_2016_3\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a>Am 3. M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres sollten dann die wahren Verhandlungen beginnen. Zun\u00e4chst sollte die Direktion auf unseren Forderungskatalog antworten. Zu unserer gro\u00dfen \u00dcberraschung teilte die Direktion uns mit, dass sie es w\u00fcnsche, \u201eden Verhandlungen eine gewisse Dynamik zu verleihen\u201c (obwohl sie w\u00e4hrend zw\u00f6lf Monaten im tiefsten Winterschlaf zu sein schien\u2026), und hat uns ihre \u201e\u00dcberlegungen\u201c mit-geteilt. Bei letzteren handelt es sich schlicht und einfach um einen \u00dcberfall auf die Geh\u00e4lter und um eine Provokation, so die Arbeitnehmer der Firma, und sie haben uns demnach dazu veranlasst, eine Protestaktion am 17.
