Privatisierungsgefahr"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-21323\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/nettoyage_gant_vignette.jpg\" alt=\"nettoyage_gant_vignette\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Der OGBL sagt NEIN zur Anfrage von der CSV nach outsourcing der kommunalen Reinigungsdienste!<\/p>\n<p>In ihrer Intervention w\u00e4hrend der Gemeinderatssitzung forderte die CSV eine Reduzierung der Personalkosten, die sie als zu hoch einsch\u00e4tzt, und schlie\u00dft dabei die Schulpersonalkosten mit ein. W\u00e4hrend man eine stichhaltige und \u00fcberlegte Argumentation \u00fcber die Rechtm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit einer Reduzierung der Personalkosten seitens der CSV erwarten konnte, hat sich diese ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber die Situation der niedrigsten Berufslaufbahnen und der verletzlichsten Berufe ausgelassen, und zwar die der Reinigungsdienste.<\/p>\n<p>Die CSV, vertreten durch ihre Sprecherin Frau Kayser-Wengler, fordert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outsourcen und Verlagern des Reinigungspersonals der Gemeinde D\u00fcdelingen in Privatunternehmen; das verlagerte Personal wird im Endeffekt durch Arbeitnehmer ersetzt, die den Mindestlohn verdienen;<\/li>\n<li>Den Arbeitsrhythmus zu verdoppeln wenn nicht sogar zu verdreifachen, und zwar auf 250 und bis 300m2 pro Stunde;<\/li>\n<li>Mit Privatfirmen zu arbeiten, deren Personal scheinbar besser ausger\u00fcstet, besser ausgebildet und weniger teuer ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die CSV-Botschaft ist deutlich. Der kommunale Reinigungsdienst muss durch Privatunternehmen ersetzt werden, da das kommunale Personal zu teuer, zu ineffizient und zu inkompetent ist!<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL prangert die unannehmbaren Arbeits- und Lohnbedingungen des Personals von Privatdienstleistern an.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL prangert die Kostenvoranschl\u00e4ge der Privatdienstleister an, die schlie\u00dflich hoch sind, und als Folge \u00fcberhaupt keine Verminderung der durch diese Dienste entstehenden Kosten nach sich ziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die CSV scheint, so k\u00f6nnte man glauben, die Kassen der Privatunternehmen f\u00fcllen zu wollen, und das auf Kosten der derzeitig noch w\u00fcrdigen Lohn- und Arbeitsbedingungen der jetzigen Gemeindeangestellten.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL fordert alle damit befassten Gemeindeakteure, d.h. das betroffene Gemeindepersonal, die Dienststelle sowie den f\u00fcr das Personal der Gemeinde D\u00fcdelingen zust\u00e4ndigen Sch\u00f6ffen dazu auf, verantwortungsbewusst zu handeln, um eine Privatisierung der kommunalen Reinigungsdienste zu verhindern.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4066,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[53],"syndicat":[71],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\r\n<title>Achtung!
