Januar 2016 haben OGBL und LCGB ein Abkommen mit der Direktion von Auchan Luxembourg \u00fcber die Erneuerung des Arbeitskollektivvertrags unterzeichnet. Der neue Text sieht eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren vor, sprich vom 1. Januar 2016 bis zum 31. Dezember 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Zu beachten ist, dass der OGBL in der Delegation die \u00fcberwiegende Mehrheit von Effektivdelegierten stellt, und zwar 7 von 10. Auchan besch\u00e4ftigt zurzeit etwa 600 Arbeitnehmer auf seinem Standort Kirchberg. Jedoch ist die Er\u00f6ffnung von zwei weiteren Gesch\u00e4ften in den kommenden Jahren vorgesehen, was die Zahl der Arbeitnehmer erh\u00f6hen wird, die unter den Anwendungsbereich des Arbeitskollektivvertrags fallen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende Fortschritte wurden vereinbart:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Jahreserfolgspr\u00e4mie um 0,5% f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter mit weniger als 8 Dienstjahren und um 1% f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter mit \u00fcber 8 Dienstjahren.<\/li>\n<li>Aufwertung der Lohntabellen der Arbeitnehmer mit dem Statut \u201eOccupe\u201c und \u201eMa\u00eetrise\u201c zum 1. Januar 2016.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Lohntabelle der Arbeitnehmer mit dem Statut \u201eOccupe\u201c und \u201eMa\u00eetrise\u201c von 20,00\u20ac (auf Basis von 40 Stunden) zum 31.
