Sie hat ebenfalls best\u00e4tigt, dass sie mit ihrem Restrukturierungsprogramm und mit ihrer Kostensenkung weiterfahren wird, die zum Abbau von 30 bis 40 Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen w\u00e4hrend der ersten Jahresh\u00e4lfte von 2016 f\u00fchren wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL wird alle m\u00f6glichen Mittel nutzen (Arbeitserhaltungsplan, Vorruhestand usw.), um Arbeitsplatzverluste zu vermeiden. In diesem schwierigen Kontext wird der OGBL nicht vergessen, dass Dupont de Nemours, eine Institution in der Luxemburger Industrielandschaft, eine soziale Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber den Arbeitnehmern hat.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Zeitplan f\u00fcr regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Treffen zwischen den Gewerkschaften und der Direktion wurde schon erstellt.
