Dezember 2015 von der Betriebsf\u00fchrung und vom OGBL, einzige Gewerkschaft, die in diesem Betrieb Verhandlungspartner ist, unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>BSH \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers S.A. ist die luxemburgische Filiale der BSH Hausger\u00e4te GmbH und besch\u00e4ftigt etwa 40 Arbeitnehmer. Die BSH Hausger\u00e4te GmbH ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Hausger\u00e4teherstellerin in Europa und geh\u00f6rt weltweit zu den f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen in dieser Branche.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Punkte des Abkommens sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der gesamten Lohnmasse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Januar 2016 + 1 %<br \/>\nJanuar 2017 + 0,75 %<br \/>\nJanuar 2018 + 0,75 %<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Au\u00dferordentlicher Urlaub<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bei Sterbefall des Ehepartners oder des Lebenspartners wird der gesetzlich festgelegte au\u00dferordentliche Urlaub von 3 Tagen um 3 zus\u00e4tzliche Tage, d.h. auf 6 Tage, erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kollektivvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren, d.h. vom 1.
