{"id":1959,"date":"2015-12-04T11:39:38","date_gmt":"2015-12-04T10:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3"},"modified":"2023-06-14T10:33:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T08:33:32","slug":"signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/signature-dune-nouvelle-convention-collective-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Unterzeichnung eines neuen Arbeitkollektivvertrags"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/societe_parking_guillaume_SA.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-20314 alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/societe_parking_guillaume_SA.jpg\" alt=\"societe_parking_guillaume_SA\" width=\"250\" \/><\/a>Der OGBL, als einzige Gewerkschaft, die in dem Unternehmen vertreten ist, hat k\u00fcrzlich einen neuen Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr das gesamte Personal der Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Parking Guillaume S.A. unterzeichnet, Gesellschaft die ein Netz von elf Parkh\u00e4usern in den zwei gr\u00f6\u00dften St\u00e4dten Luxemburgs verwaltet, und zwar in Luxemburg-Stadt und in Esch\/Alzette, und die zurzeit etwa 60 Arbeitnehmer besch\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Parteien sind sich \u00fcber folgende Besserungen einig geworden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Einf\u00fchrung einer Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeitspr\u00e4mie von 500\u20ac netto f\u00fcr 15 Jahre Dienst im Unternehmen<\/li>\n<li>Die Auszahlung einer Pr\u00e4mie von 100\u20ac netto pro Nacht f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Arbeitnehmer, die in der Nacht zum 25 Dezember und in der Nacht zum 1. Januar arbeiten<\/li>\n<li>Alle anderen Bestimmungen des Kollektivvertrags bleiben unver\u00e4ndert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von zwei Jahren, und zwar vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31. Dezember 2016.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Dienstleistungen und Energie<br \/>\nam 4.
