September 2015 von einer Kollektiventlassung von 16 Mitarbeitern, wurde ein Sozialplan f\u00fcr das betroffene Personal ausgehandelt.<br \/>\nAm 24. September 2015, haben die Gewerkschaft OGBL, die die Mehrheit des Personals vertritt,sowie die Personaldelegation schlie\u00dflich einen Sozialplan mit der Direktion von EQOS-Energie unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptaktivit\u00e4ten von EQOS-Energie Luxemburg s.\u00e0r.l. sind die Modernisierung des Hochspannungsleitungsnetzes und der Versorgungsanlagen. Das Unternehmen, das seinen Sitz in Foetz hat, besch\u00e4ftigt etwa 140 Personen in Luxemburg.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der Verhandlungen im Hinblick auf freiwillige Beendigung des Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnisses (die eine Pr\u00e4mie von 15.000 Euro vorsieht), konnte die Zahl der Entlassungen von 16 auf zw\u00f6lf reduziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Gesuch f\u00fcr die \u201eAide au r\u00e9-emploi\u201c wurde au\u00dferdem beim Arbeitsministerium eingereicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das entlassene Personal wird f\u00fcr die Dauer ihrer K\u00fcndigungsfrist freigestellt, damit es sich der Suche nach einer neuen Arbeit widmen kann. Deshalb wurde die Minimalk\u00fcndigungsfrist von zwei Monaten, f\u00fcr kurze Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit auch auf drei Monate erweitert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Sozialplan sieht dar\u00fcberhinaus eine extralegale Entsch\u00e4digung eines Monatslohns mit 120 Euro zus\u00e4tzlich pro Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeitsjahr vor.
