La convention s\u2019\u00e9tend une dur\u00e9e de trois ans allant du 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2015 au 30 juin 2018.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise active dans le secteur des rev\u00eatements en vinyle compte environ 150 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les am\u00e9liorations suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation des salaires r\u00e9els et tarifaires :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>au 1er juillet 2015 : 0,15\u20ac\/heure suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/li>\n<li>au 1er juillet 2016 : 0,10\u20ac\/heure suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/li>\n<li>au 1er juillet 2017 : 0,10\u20ac\/heure suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>une harmonisation des conditions d\u2019obtention des cong\u00e9s pour se conformer au \u00abstatut unique\u00bb en gardant les conditions les plus favorables des deux statuts:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 partir de 10 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 partir de 25 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 jour de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e2ge de 40 ans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>la \u00abprime de pr\u00e9sence\u00bb est revaloris\u00e9e de 70 \u00e0 75 euros<\/li>\n<li>la \u00abprime de 4 pauses\u00bb est augment\u00e9e \u00e0 175 euros.<\/li>\n<li>la \u00abprime de d\u00e9part\u00bb pour la fin de carri\u00e8re de tous les salari\u00e9s (2500 euros) est quant \u00e0 elle index\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finalement, les partenaires sociaux ont convenu qu\u2019un texte coordonn\u00e9 sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pendant la dur\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9sente convention et sera mis \u00e0 disposition des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><b>Communiqu\u00e9 par le syndicat Chimie de l\u2019OGBL<br \/>\nle 8 septembre 2015 <\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4163,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[162],"syndicat":[165],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\r\n<title><\/title>\r\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\r\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communique\/reconduction-de-la-convention-collective\/\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"de_DE\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"[:fr]Reconduction de la convention collective[:en]Reconduction de la convention collective[:] - OGBL\" \/>\r\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Le syndicat OGBL a renouvel\u00e9 la convention collective de travail pour les salari\u00e9s d&#8217;IVC Luxembourg \u00e0 Wiltz.
