Juli 2015 haben die Mehrheitsgewerkschaft OGBL und der LCGB den Arbeitskollektivvertrag bei Textilcord in Steinfort um ein Jahr verl\u00e4ngert. Dies mit dem Ziel, die Verhandlungen in aller Ruhe und auf eine konstruktive Weise fortf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Abkommen, das von den Sozialpartnern unterzeichnet wurde und vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31. Dezember 2015 g\u00fcltig ist, enth\u00e4lt folgende Verbesserungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine lineare Erh\u00f6hung von 1% auf allen periodischen und nicht periodischen Entlohnungen ab dem 1. Juli 2015<\/li>\n<li>Eine Erh\u00f6hung der Ruhestandspr\u00e4mie von 1.500 auf 1.600 Euro (Index 775,17)<\/li>\n<li>Eine Anpassung der Leistungspr\u00e4mie f\u00fcr 2015 je nach Jahresergebnis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Verhandlungspartner haben sich ebenfalls dazu verpflichtet, ein neues Abkommen auszuhandeln und zu finden, bei dem es um die Lohnbedingungen der Angestellten geht. Aus diesen Verhandlungen soll vor Ende des Jahres ein neuer Arbeitskollektivvertrag entstehen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Chemie<\/b><br \/>\n<b>am 22.
