April 2015 in Kraft. Die Verhandlungen, die in einem konstruktiven Klima stattfanden, konnten mit einem positiven Ergebnis abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6hne steigen retroaktiv ab dem 1. April 2015 um 1 Prozent, sowie jeweils um 0,75 Prozent am 1. Januar 2016 und am 1. Januar 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus sieht der Vertrag eine Essenszulage von 120 \u20ac pro Monat f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten, zwischen einem und f\u00fcnf zus\u00e4tzlichen Urlaubstagen je nach Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit plus eine Dienstalterszulage zwischen 500 und 3.750 \u20ac vor.<\/p>\n<p>Die acht Geh\u00e4ltertabellen begreifen 25 Dienstgrade. Das B\u00fcropersonal kommt in den Genuss der gleitenden Arbeitszeit, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr das Schichtpersonal Arbeitszeitpl\u00e4ne im Rahmen einen Referenzperiode von 3 Monaten ausgestellt werden. Der Nachtzuschlag bleibt unver\u00e4ndert bei 20 Prozent pro Nachtstunde, der Urlaub bei 26,5 Tagen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Schweizer Konzern z\u00e4hlt zu den f\u00fchrenden Transport- und Logistikkonzernen und hat sich am Flughafen in Luxemburg zum Spezialisten in der Pharmalogistik entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Zivile Luftfahrt<br \/>\nam 13.
