{"id":1882,"date":"2015-06-29T11:15:07","date_gmt":"2015-06-29T09:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/prolongation-de-la-convention-collective"},"modified":"2023-05-26T13:45:40","modified_gmt":"2023-05-26T11:45:40","slug":"prolongation-de-la-convention-collective","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/prolongation-de-la-convention-collective\/","title":{"rendered":"Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrags"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10634 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/chariot_nettoyage.jpg\" alt=\"chariot_nettoyage\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Nach langen und schwierigen Verhandlungen, die am 25.\u00a0Juni 2015 gef\u00fchrt wurden, haben die Gewerkschaften OGBL und LCGB einerseits und der Verband der Reinigungsfirmen andrerseits eine Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die Gesamtheit der Arbeitnehmer(innen) des Sektors unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde beschlossen:<br \/>\n\u2022 den Kollektivvertrag vom 29.\u00a0Januar 2014 bis zum 29.\u00a0Januar 2017 inklusive zu verl\u00e4ngern;<br \/>\n\u2022 den Arbeitnehmer(innen) eine tarifliche Stundenlohnerh\u00f6hung von 0,6% zum 1.\u00a0Januar 2017 zu gew\u00e4hren;<br \/>\n\u2022 im September 2015 die Verhandlungen aufzunehmen, mit dem Ziel einen neuen Arbeitskollektivvertrag auszuhandeln, und am gleichen Tag den Kalender f\u00fcr den Verhandlungsverlauf festzulegen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den OGBL bleibt der gerichtliche Beschluss vom 10. Juli 2014, bez\u00fcglich des qualifizierten Mindestlohns, eine Priorit\u00e4t. Mehrere F\u00e4lle stehen vor einer gerichtlichen Entscheidung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Private Reinigungsdienste, Private Hygiene- und Umweltdienste, am 29.
