\"hellef_doheem\"Vor einer Woche wurde v\u00f6llig \u00fcberraschend f\u00fcr Gewerkschaften und Arbeitnehmervertreter ein Sozialplan f\u00fcr 90 Personen bei dem gr\u00f6\u00dften Arbeitgeber der ambulanten Pflege, der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem, \u00fcber die Presse angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n

Der OGBL, mit 83% der Personaldelegierten gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gewerkschaft im Pflegesektor, hatte sofort angek\u00fcndigt, dass er Entlassungen bei der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem nicht zulassen wird. Es kann nicht sein, dass die Besch\u00e4ftigten f\u00fcr Managementfehler zahlen m\u00fcssen. Der OGBL verlangte vielmehr ein Gespr\u00e4ch im Rahmen des Sozialdialogs wo alle finanziellen Fakten auf den Tisch kommen, wie es bereits vor Monaten h\u00e4tte geschehen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n

Auf der vom OGBL kurzfristig organisierten Protestversammlung am 4. Juni bekundeten \u00fcber 400 Besch\u00e4ftigte ihre entschiedene Ablehnung der Absicht von St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem, Personal zu entlassen. Der OGBL erhielt bei dieser Protestversammlung das klare Mandat, sich mit allen gewerkschaftlichen Mitteln gegen Entlassungen in diesem \u00f6ffentlichen und nicht kommerziellen Dienstleistungssektor zu wehren. F\u00fcr den OGBL ist jeder Sozialabbau inakzeptabel. Als \u00f6ffentlicher Dienstleistungsbetrieb hat die St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem eine soziale Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber ihren Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/p>\n

Bei insgesamt drei Gespr\u00e4chsrunden mit der Direktion hat der OGBL diesen Standpunkt vertreten und der Direktion mehrfach angeboten ohne Zeitdruck einen \u201ePlan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi\u201c mit einer Arbeitsplatzgarantie f\u00fcr alle Betroffenen zu verhandeln. Dieses Angebot wurde jedes Mal von der Direktion der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem abgelehnt. Unter diesen Umst\u00e4nden war es unm\u00f6glich, die Gespr\u00e4che fortzuf\u00fchren. Der OGBL ruft deshalb alle Besch\u00e4ftigten der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem auf, am Donnerstag, dem 11. Juni um 16 Uhr, vor dem Sitz der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem gegen die Haltung der Direktion zu demonstrieren. Die Demonstration kann allerdings nicht auf dem Gel\u00e4nde der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem stattfinden, da die Direktion ihren eigenen Mitarbeitern den Zugang zum Gel\u00e4nde verbietet.<\/p>\n
