M\u00e4rz wurde die Geh\u00e4lter-reform beim Staat, sowie das daran gekoppelte Geh\u00e4lterabkommen, im Parlament verabschiedet.<br \/>\nDie beiden Kollektivvertr\u00e4ge FHL und SAS sind durch ihren jeweiligen Artikel 28 an den \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst gebunden, sodass sich die L\u00f6hne und Arbeitsbedingungen immer parallel zu denen der Staats-beamten entwickeln.<br \/>\nEin entscheidender Moment f\u00fcr den FHL und den SAS Kollektiv-vertrag.<br \/>\nDie Besch\u00e4ftigten fordern nun endlich die gerechte Einstufung ihrer Berufe und die Heraufsetzung des Punktwerts!<br \/>\nAllerdings stagnieren in beiden Kollektivvertr\u00e4gen die Verhandlungen seit langem. Wir fordern die Arbeitgeberverb\u00e4nde in beiden Kollektivvertr\u00e4gen auf, sich f\u00fcr ihre Besch\u00e4ftigten einzusetzen und sich mit uns f\u00fcr die kollektivvertraglich verankerte Umsetzung der Geh\u00e4lterreform und des Geh\u00e4lterabkommens beim Staat einzusetzen.<br \/>\nDer OGBL, als repr\u00e4sentative Gewerkschaft der Besch\u00e4ftigten im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen fordert die Einhaltung der kollektivvertraglichen Bestimmungen was die Umsetzung der Geh\u00e4lterreform und des Geh\u00e4lterabkommens an-<br \/>\nbelangt!<br \/>\nWir verteidigen unsere sozialen Errungenschaften.<br \/>\nWir fordern einen starken \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheits- und Sozialsektor.<br \/>\nWir wehren uns gegen jeglichen Geh\u00e4lter- und Sozialabbau.<br \/>\nWir fordern die sofortige Umsetzung der Reform und des Geh\u00e4lterabkommens in den FHL und SAS-Kollektivvertrag!<br \/>\nErste gewerkschaftliche Aktionen finden ab sofort statt!
