Mai die Personaldelegation und den OGBL \u00fcber ihre Absicht 90 Besch\u00e4ftigte zu entlassen. Mehrere Anfragen der Personaldelegation, sowie eine Anfrage der Gewerkschaften zu einem Gespr\u00e4ch mit der Direktion \u00fcber die aktuelle Lage bei der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem, blieben bis zu dem Zeitpunkt unbeantwortet. Die Direktion hat den Sozialdialog bewusst verweigert und versteckt sich nun hinter dem Vorwand einer finanziell schwierigen Situation, die jedoch komplett untransparent ist und f\u00fcr die es keinerlei Belege gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Pflegesektor wird \u00fcber die Pflegeversicherung, und somit mittels Steuergelder finanziert, und geh\u00f6rt zum \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstleistungssektor. Nun zu behaupten die aktuelle Schieflage k\u00e4me allein durch die strengeren Kriterien der Pflegeversicherung und die Lohnentwicklung der Besch\u00e4ftigten laut Kollektivvertrag, ist einfach skandal\u00f6s und ein Schlag ins Gesicht f\u00fcr alle Besch\u00e4ftigten der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schluss mit dem Druck auf die Geh\u00e4lter<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Geh\u00e4lter im Pflege- und Sozialsektor, die laut dem SAS-Kollektivvertrag bezahlt werden, sind keinesfalls zu hoch! Im Jahr 2007 gab es in dem Sektor die letzte Erh\u00f6hung des Punktwerts. Des Weiteren ist der SAS-Kollektivvertrag an den \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst gebunden, wo im M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres die Geh\u00e4lterreform im Parlament gestimmt wurde, im Zuge derer einige Laufbahnen, die seit Jahrzehnten unterbewertet sind, endlich richtig eingestuft werden. Der OGBL fordert von der Politik, sich f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstleistungssektor einzusetzen und sicherzustellen, dass die Reform auch in diesem Sektor umgesetzt und finanziert werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Situation bei St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem gibt es einen Hauptverantwortlichen: die Direktion die sich anscheinend komplett verspekuliert hat. Dar\u00fcber hinaus muss jedoch auch der Arbeitgeberverband COPAS zur Verantwortung gezogen werden, der den Wert der \u201eValeur mon\u00e9taire\u201c der Pflegeversicherung mit der Gesundheitskasse verhandelt und angesichts der finanziellen Probleme eines ihrer Mitglieder aufgrund der Einfrierung der \u201eValeur mon\u00e9taire\u201c l\u00e4ngst h\u00e4tte reagieren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/topelement.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18724 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/topelement.jpg\" alt=\"topelement\" width=\"312\" height=\"221\" \/><\/a>Der OGBL, mit 83 % der Personaldelegierten gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gewerkschaft im Pflegesektor, wird nicht zulassen, dass es bei der St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem zu Entlassungen kommt und die Besch\u00e4ftigten f\u00fcr Managementfehler zahlen m\u00fcssen. Der OGBL verlangt ein Gespr\u00e4ch im Rahmen des Sozialdialogs wo alle finanziellen Fakten auf den Tisch kommen, wie es bereits vor Monaten h\u00e4tte geschehen m\u00fcssen. F\u00fcr den OGBL ist jeder Sozialabbau inakzeptabel. Als \u00f6ffentlicher Dienstleistungsbetrieb hat die St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem eine soziale Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber ihren Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL hat am 4. Juni 2015 um 18 Uhr in der Maison du Peuple in Esch-Alzette eine Protestkundgebung geplant, und ruft alle Besch\u00e4ftigten von St\u00ebftung H\u00ebllef Doheem auf, daran teilzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> am 29.
