In der Folge mussten die 1.200 Besch\u00e4ftigten des CargoCenters eine siebenmonatige Zitterpartie durchstehen, gepr\u00e4gt von Unsicherheit und Sorge um den Fortbestand ihrer Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und Arbeitsbedingungen. Nach zahlreichen gewerkschaftlichen Aktionen, darunter mehrere Treffen mit allen beteiligten Parteien und die Organisation einer Protestaktion am 29. September 2023, konnte schlie\u00dflich eine umfassende Einigung im Interesse aller Besch\u00e4ftigten des CargoCenters erzielt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Am 21. Dezember 2023 unterzeichneten die Gewerkschaften OGBL, LCGB und NGL-SNEP mit den Generaldirektionen von Luxair und Luxcargo Handling eine Vereinbarung \u00fcber die \u00dcbernahme des Personals des CargoCenters von Luxair zu Luxcargo Handling nach der Vergabe der Lizenzen f\u00fcr die Erbringung von &#8220;Ground handling cargo&#8221;-Dienstleistungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die unterzeichnete globale Vereinbarung sieht Folgendes vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Mitarbeiter, die zu Luxcargo Handling wechseln, erhalten eine Besch\u00e4ftigungsgarantie. Bei einem eventuellen Personal\u00fcberschuss wird es keine betriebsbedingten K\u00fcndigungen geben und Luxcargo Handling verpflichtet sich, gegebenenfalls mit den vertragsschlie\u00dfenden Gewerkschaften einen Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der Besch\u00e4ftigung (PME) auszuhandeln.<\/li>\n<li>Es wird ein individueller Kollektivvertrag f\u00fcr Luxcargo Handling auf der Grundlage des Luxair-Kollektivvertrags abgeschlossen, der die Wahrung der Rechte und Errungenschaften der Arbeitnehmer ab dem Zeitpunkt des Personaltransfers gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/li>\n<li>Eine ad\u00e4quate Personalvertretung wird ab dem Zeitpunkt des Personal\u00fcbergangs gew\u00e4hrleistet, um diesen zu begleiten.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr das \u00fcbernommene Personal wurde ein Abkommen \u00fcber die bestehenden Vereinbarungen und die spezifischen \u00fcbergesetzlichen Leistungen f\u00fcr das Luxair-Personal geschlossen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es handelt sich um eine gute Gesamtvereinbarung, da die oben genannten Punkte auf die Sorgen und Unsicherheiten der Besch\u00e4ftigten des CargoCenters eingehen und eine wesentliche Verbesserung gegen\u00fcber den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen f\u00fcr den Transfer eines Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiches darstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Nur dank der Beharrlichkeit der Gewerkschaften und der st\u00e4ndigen Unterst\u00fctzung der Belegschaft bei verschiedenen gewerkschaftlichen Aktionen und Demonstrationen konnte diese Gesamtvereinbarung erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung mit Luxair und Luxcargo Handling ist ein Beweis f\u00fcr die Anerkennung der unerm\u00fcdlichen Arbeit, die das Personal des CargoCenters bisher geleistet hat, indem sie den Fortbestand ihrer Arbeitspl\u00e4tze, ihrer Arbeitsbedingungen und ihrer Lebensgrundlage garantiert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pressemitteilung vom 21.
