{"id":18542,"date":"2023-12-21T08:59:25","date_gmt":"2023-12-21T07:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vmweb.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=18542"},"modified":"2023-12-22T09:03:08","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T08:03:08","slug":"logbl-obtient-des-ameliorations-importantes-pour-les-salaries-du-groupe-cfl-multimodal","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/logbl-obtient-des-ameliorations-importantes-pour-les-salaries-du-groupe-cfl-multimodal\/","title":{"rendered":"OGBL erreicht wichtige Verbesserungen f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten der CFL-Multimodal-Gruppe!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aufgrund der stark r\u00fcckl\u00e4ufigen Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung der CFL Multimodal Gruppe wurden die in den Personaldelegationen der Gruppe vertretenen Gewerkschaften von der Direktion aufgefordert, den Kollektivvertrag der Gruppe um ein Jahr zu verl\u00e4ngern.<\/p>\n<p>Der OGBL, die Mehrheitsgewerkschaft bei CFL Multimodal, und seine Delegierten zeigten sich diesem Vorschlag gegen\u00fcber aufgeschlossen, bestanden jedoch auf Verbesserungen im Interesse der Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/p>\n<p>So konnten im Rahmen der Verl\u00e4ngerung des am 21. Dezember 2023 abgeschlossenen Kollektivvertrags folgende Verbesserungen ausgehandelt werden:<\/p>\n<p>Erh\u00f6hung der Essensschecks ab April 2024 auf 10,80 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Gew\u00e4hrung einer einheitlichen Geschenkkarte im Wert von 150 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Anpassung der Lohntabellen, um den Progressionsverlust aufgrund der Entwicklung des sozialen Mindestlohns auszugleichen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kollektivvertrags tritt am 1. Januar 2024 in Kraft und gilt bis zum 31. Dezember 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Ende 2024 werden der OGBL und seine Delegierten innerhalb der CFL Multimodal Gruppe neue Verhandlungen mit der Direktion aufnehmen, um eine echte Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrages anzustreben, mit einem umfassenderen Forderungskatalog, der selbstverst\u00e4ndlich in Absprache mit den Besch\u00e4ftigten erstellt wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Eisenbahn \/ FNCTTFEL \/ Landesverband des OGBL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 21.
