M\u00e4rz 2015 wurde nach kurzen und fairen Verhandlungen die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die Arbeitnehmer von Sisto Armaturen in Echternach von der federf\u00fchrenden Gewerkschaft OGBL und vom LCGB einerseits sowie von der Betriebsf\u00fchrung andererseits f\u00fcr die Dauer von zwei Jahren abgeschlossen.<br \/>\nZu den wesentlichen Punkten des ausgehandelten Abschlusses geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<p>Dauer des Kollektivvertrags vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31. Dezember 2016;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Stundenl\u00f6hne ab dem 1. Januar 2015 um 0,28\u20ac\/St<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Stundenl\u00f6hne ab dem 1. Januar 2016 um 0,23\u20ac\/St<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Monatsl\u00f6hne ab dem 1. Januar 2015 um 48\u20ac\/Monat<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Monatsl\u00f6hne ab dem 1. Januar 2016 um 40\u20ac\/Monat<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Nachtschichtzulage von derzeit 25% auf 30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sisto Armaturen S.A. besch\u00e4ftigt +- 150 Arbeitnehmer und fertigt anspruchsvolle Armaturen f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Geb\u00e4ude-, der Industrie- und der sterilen Verfahrenstechnik.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Metallverarbeitende Industrie<br \/>\nam 13.
