Februar 2015 haben die Gewerkschaften OGBL (einzige Gewerkschaft die in der Personaldelegation vertreten ist) und LCGB einen neuen Kollektivvertrag, g\u00fcltig f\u00fcr das gesamte Personal, mit der Direktion von LuxExpo S.A. unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Abkommen sieht unter anderem folgende Besserungen vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Geh\u00e4ltertabellen um 1% pro Jahr, und zwar jeweils am 1. Januar 2015 und am 1. Januar 2016<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberarbeitung des Rufbereitschaftssystems<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung einer w\u00f6chentlichen Brutto-Zulage von 210\u20ac f\u00fcr jeden Mitarbeiter, der Bereitschaftsdienst hat<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung des Sozialurlaubs<\/li>\n<li>Der neue Kollektivvertrag ist zwei Jahre lang g\u00fcltig, und zwar vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31. Dezember 2016<\/li>\n<li>Alle anderen Vorkehrungen des Kollektivvertrags bleiben unver\u00e4ndert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Dienstleistungen und Energie am 12.
