Es handelt sich bei Cofely Services um eine Firma, die mit der Leitung, der Nutzung und dem Unterhalt der technischen Einrichtungen ihrer Kunden beauftragt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Abkommen sieht insbesondere folgende Verbesserungen vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lineare Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen von:\n<ul>\n<li>1% ab dem 1. Januar 2015<\/li>\n<li>1,10% ab dem 1. Januar 2016<\/li>\n<li>1,25% ab dem 1. Januar 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung der Pr\u00e4mien f\u00fcr gesundheitssch\u00e4digende oder unangenehme Arbeiten<\/li>\n<li>Aufwertung der Treuepr\u00e4mie<\/li>\n<li>Alle anderen Bestimmungen des Kollektivvertrags bleiben unver\u00e4ndert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Kollektivvertrag ist f\u00fcr eine Dauer von drei Jahren g\u00fcltig, und zwar vom 1. Januar 2015 bis zum 31. Dezember 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Bleibt hervorzuheben, dass die Verhandlungen in einem positiven Sozialdialogklima gef\u00fchrt wurden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Dienstleistungen und Energie<br \/>\nam 19.
