September 2014 eine Personalversammlung im \u201eCentre polyvalent Gaston Stein\u201c in Junglinster einberufen, um das Personal von Enovos \u00fcber die verschiedenen Punkte der Kollektivvertragsverhandlungen zu informieren.<\/p>\n<p>Nach fast zwei Jahren, teilweise sehr schwierigen Verhandlungen, sieht das nun vorliegende Abkommen folgendes vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren, vom 1. Januar 2013 bis 31. Dezember 2015;<\/li>\n<li>eine lineare Gehaltserh\u00f6hung ab Januar 2014;<\/li>\n<li>eine j\u00e4hrliche Beteiligung der Angestellten am Gewinn des Unternehmens ab dem Jahr 2013 und g\u00fcltig f\u00fcr die darauf folgenden Jahre;<\/li>\n<li>eine Umwandlung verschiedener Familienzulagen in eine umfassende Zusatzkrankenversicherung, sowohl f\u00fcr die Angestellten als auch f\u00fcr ihre Familien;<\/li>\n<li>einen Ausgleich f\u00fcr alle Angestellten, die die Betriebskantine nicht nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Personal von Enovos sprach sich in geheimer Abstimmung mit einer gro\u00dfen Mehrheit von 80,07 % aus insgesamt 578 eingeschriebenen W\u00e4hlern, f\u00fcr die Annahme des Verhandlungsergebnisses aus und gaben den Gewerkschaften gr\u00fcnes Licht, um den neuen Kollektivvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren (2013-2015), nach R\u00fccksprache mit ihren jeweiligen Gremien, zu unterschreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Die zust\u00e4ndige Tarifkommission des OGBL traf sich noch am selben Abend und beschloss einstimmig dem Ergebnis der Abstimmung Rechnung zu tragen und den neuen Kollektivvertrag zu unterschreiben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"right\"><b>Mitgeteilt am 18.
