En raison de la cessation du contrat de bail, la \u00ab Brioche Dor\u00e9e \u00bb doit fermer sa boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie dans la galerie commerciale Auchan au Kirchberg. Le bail expire le 15 octobre prochain.<\/p>\n

Un plan social a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le vendredi, 18 juillet 2014, par les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s, assist\u00e9s par le syndicat Commerce de l\u2019OGBL. Des 19 salari\u00e9s actuellement actifs dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, 13 sont concern\u00e9s par un licenciement collectif.<\/p>\n

Cette fermeture n\u2019affecte pas l\u2019activit\u00e9 des boulangeries \u00ab Brioche Dor\u00e9e \u00bb de la Rue Philippe II et de la Place de la Gare \u00e0 Luxembourg-Ville.<\/p>\n

L\u2019employeur s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier la possibilit\u00e9 de proposer \u00e0 certains salari\u00e9s un d\u00e9tachement temporaire de travail dans les nombreux points de ventes de la \u00ab Brioche Dor\u00e9e \u00bb en France. Vu que l\u2019entreprise a des projets d\u2019expansion au Luxembourg, la priorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9embauchage du personnel concern\u00e9 est port\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9lai de 2 ans.<\/p>\n

Il est fortement probable que la cellule commerciale de la galerie Auchan occup\u00e9e par la \u00ab Brioche Dor\u00e9e \u00bb soit lou\u00e9e \u00e0 une entreprise du m\u00eame secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019est aussi engag\u00e9e \u00e0 assister ses salari\u00e9s en vue de leur permettre de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer au plus vite le march\u00e9 du travail, notamment en contactant les possibles repreneurs de l\u2019espace commercial ainsi que la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration luxembourgeoise du Commerce (CLC), la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Patrons boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers et l\u2019Union commerciale de la Ville de Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Une indemnit\u00e9 p\u00e9cuniaire extra-l\u00e9gale a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
