{"id":1734,"date":"2014-07-04T10:01:03","date_gmt":"2014-07-04T08:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/tout-vient-a-point-a-qui-sait-attendre"},"modified":"2023-06-19T10:04:50","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T08:04:50","slug":"tout-vient-a-point-a-qui-sait-attendre","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/tout-vient-a-point-a-qui-sait-attendre\/","title":{"rendered":"Tout vient \u00e0 point \u00e0 qui sait attendre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"qtranxs-available-languages-message qtranxs-available-languages-message-de\"> <\/p><p>Les n\u00e9gociations pour le renouvellement de la convention collective de travail des salari\u00e9s du Lyc\u00e9e Vauban avaient commenc\u00e9 en 2011 et \u00e9taient languissants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e scolaire 2013\/2014 lorsqu\u2019une une nouvelle commission de n\u00e9gociation patronale fut mise en place. D\u00e8s lors, les partenaires sociaux se sont donn\u00e9s un nouveau rythme et une nouvelle approche de travail gr\u00e2ce auxquels il \u00e9tait possible de trouver une solution satisfaisante pour les deux parties.<\/p>\n<p>En date du 3 juillet 2014, le Lyc\u00e9e Vauban et l\u2019OGBL ont sign\u00e9 une nouvelle convention collective pour les salari\u00e9s de l\u2019Association de Gestion Vauban, Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais du Luxembourg, asbl.<\/p>\n<p>Cette convention porte sur une p\u00e9riode de 3 ans, allant du 1er septembre 2014 au 31 ao\u00fbt 2017, et comporte les avantages suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019une nouvelle grille de salaires unique et dynamique et augmentation de la bonification pour les ann\u00e9es de travail ant\u00e9rieures \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en service<\/li>\n<li>Instauration d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019organisation du temps de travail des enseignants permettant une pr\u00e9sence accrue devant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et en contre-partie une augmentation de salaire d\u00e9cente (instauration de coefficients applicables aux le\u00e7ons d\u2019enseignement &#8211; 2 et 2,4 &#8211; et r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des heures de pr\u00e9sence en dehors des cours \u2013 11,11% et 13,33% d\u2019augmentation salariale)<\/li>\n<li>Mise en place d\u2019un r\u00e8glement d\u2019horaire mobile pour le personnel non-enseignant<\/li>\n<li>Introduction d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019accompagnement de carri\u00e8re individualis\u00e9 int\u00e9grant des mesures de partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience par des pairs coupl\u00e9es avec des mesures de formation continue et fixation d\u2019un budget formation annuel de minimum 1% de la masse salariale<\/li>\n<li>Simplification des cat\u00e9gories de personnel \u00e0 trois statuts diff\u00e9rents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En outre, la Convention Collective sign\u00e9e pr\u00e9voit des am\u00e9liorations qualitatives renfor\u00e7ant le dialogue social par la mise en place d\u2019une commission paritaire et des mesures de pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n<p>Le SEW\/OGBL tient \u00e0 remercier toutes et tous ses anciens et nouveaux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel pour leur engagement et leur pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.
