{"id":1718,"date":"2014-06-10T16:07:32","date_gmt":"2014-06-10T14:07:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/les-syndicats-saisissent-loffice-national-de-conciliation"},"modified":"2023-06-05T11:50:08","modified_gmt":"2023-06-05T09:50:08","slug":"les-syndicats-saisissent-loffice-national-de-conciliation","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/les-syndicats-saisissent-loffice-national-de-conciliation\/","title":{"rendered":"Gewerkschaften befassen Schlichtungsamt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_0161.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-15980\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/IMG_0161-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0161\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSeit nunmehr zwei Jahren ziehen sich die Verhandlungen zur Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die rund 200 Besch\u00e4ftigten des Flughafenbetreibers Lux-Airport hin, einer Gesellschaft, die zu 100 Prozent dem Luxemburger Staat geh\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Gewerkschaften bereits im September 2012 Neuverhandlungen beantragten, dauerte es bis Mai 2013 bevor die Direktion sich endlich dazu bereit erkl\u00e4rte, eine erste Verhandlungsrunde festzulegen, womit klar war, dass die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung die Verhandlungen in die L\u00e4nge ziehen wollte.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl Lux-Airport 2012 mit einem Gewinn von mehr als 3,7 Millionen Euro abschloss und die Gewinne f\u00fcr die Jahre 2013 und 2014 aufgrund stark wachsender Passagierzahlen sicher noch \u00fcbertroffen werden, lehnt es die Direktion kategorisch ab, dem Personal eine angemessene Lohnerh\u00f6hung zu bewilligen. OGBL und LCGB fordern eine lineare Lohnaufbesserung von 1 Prozent pro Vertragsjahr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gegen 6-monatige Referenzperiode<\/strong><br \/>\nDar\u00fcber hinaus fordert die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung das Einsetzen einer 6-monatigen Referenzperiode zur Berechnung der Arbeitszeit, ist jedoch nicht gewillt, wie vom Gesetzgeber vorgegeben, Arbeitszeitpl\u00e4ne auf 6 Monate auszuarbeiten. Die Gewerkschaften und das Personal lehnen eine halbj\u00e4hrige Referenzperiode ab weil mit dieser Vorgehensweise die totale Flexibilisierung der Arbeitszeit in die Wege geleitet werden w\u00fcrde. Die Besch\u00e4ftigten m\u00fcssten dem Arbeitgeber in diesem Fall auf Abruf zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Laufe der Verhandlungen waren OGBL und LCGB zu zahlreichen Konzessionen bereit und bedauern umso mehr die Kompromisslosigkeit der Direktion. Die unnachgiebige Haltung des Patronats f\u00fchrte letztendlich zum Scheitern der Kollektivvertragsverhandlungen.<\/p>\n<p>Am 6. Juni 2014 beschlossen OGBL und LCGB, das Nationale Schlichtungsamt mit dem Streitfall zu befassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt am 10.
