Oktober 2023 mit der Direktion von Luxtram die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags f\u00fcr die Besch\u00e4ftigten von Luxtram unterzeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag tritt r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. Januar 2023 in Kraft und hat eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren, d.h. bis zum 31. Dezember 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem neuen Kollektivvertrag wird unter anderem die Verpflichtung aus dem 1. Geh\u00e4lterabkommen mit der Luxtram-Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung erf\u00fcllt, die Aufstiegsm\u00f6glichkeiten in allen Gehaltsgruppen zu verbessern. So wurden automatische Gehaltsvorr\u00fcckungen eingef\u00fchrt und die Jahresendpr\u00e4mie vom Beurteilungssystem abgekoppelt und in eine feste Pr\u00e4mie umgewandelt. Das Beurteilungssystem wurde dahingehend verbessert, dass nun auch vorgezogene Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen m\u00f6glich sind.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Zuschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit wurden verbessert. Der neue Kollektivvertrag enth\u00e4lt auch Bestimmungen \u00fcber Telearbeit, Arztbesuche und Blutspenden w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitszeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der neue Kollektivvertrag betrifft 170 Besch\u00e4ftigte und die Personaldelegation setzt sich aus 6 OGBL-Delegierten zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Verbesserungen des neuen Kollektivvertrags im Einzelnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatische Auszahlung einer Jahresendpr\u00e4mie von 4%.<\/li>\n<li>Automatische Bef\u00f6rderung nach 7 Dienstjahren<br \/>\nM\u00f6glichkeit des Aufstiegs nach 4 Dienstjahren in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Bewertung.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung des Nachtarbeitszuschlags von 15% auf 25%.<\/li>\n<li>Einf\u00fchrung eines Zuschlags von 25% f\u00fcr Samstagsarbeit.<\/li>\n<li>Erh\u00f6hung des Zuschlags f\u00fcr Sonntagsarbeit von 70% auf 80%.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6glichkeit der Telearbeit f\u00fcr das Verwaltungspersonal an bis zu zwei Tagen pro Woche.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr das Verwaltungspersonal mit Gleitzeit, die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Stunden des Gleitzeitsaldos f\u00fcr die Wahrnehmung von Arztterminen w\u00e4hrend der festen Arbeitszeit zu nutzen &#8211; nach jedem Termin muss ein Attest vorgelegt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Freistellung von der Arbeit f\u00fcr 2 x 4 Stunden pro Jahr, um Blut zu spenden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat \u00d6ffentlicher Dienst OGBL\/Landesverband und vom Syndikat Eisenbahnen OGBL\/FNCTTFEL-Landesverband, den 6.
