Die Maison du Peuple in Esch-sur-Alzette war am 13. September anl\u00e4sslich des “Grand Oral” (m\u00fcndliche Pr\u00fcfung) des OGBL bis auf den letzten Platz gef\u00fcllt. Knapp drei Wochen vor den Parlamentswahlen organisierte der OGBL eine Podiumsdiskussion mit Vertretern von acht politischen Parteien. Eine einmalige Gelegenheit, um zu h\u00f6ren, was die verschiedenen Parteien der Arbeitswelt zu sagen haben. Der Abend hielt, was er versprach.<\/p>\n

Die Stimmung war oftmals sogar elektrisierend, als sich Georges Engel (Arbeitsminister – LSAP), Marc Spautz (Abgeordneter und ehemaliger Minister – CSV), Pim Knaff (Abgeordneter und Sch\u00f6ffe von Esch – DP), Meris Sehovic (Sch\u00f6ffe von Esch und Spitzenkandidat im S\u00fcden – d\u00e9i Gr\u00e9ng), Carole Thoma (Sprecherin und Spitzenkandidatin im S\u00fcden – d\u00e9i L\u00e9nk), Bruno Da Silva (Kandidat im S\u00fcden – Piratenpartei), Ali Ruckert (Vorsitzender der KPL) und Frank Engel (Vorsitzender und Gr\u00fcnder von FOKUS) \u00fcber eineinhalb Stunden lang Rede und Antwort standen.<\/p>\n

Die Podiumsdiskussion drehte sich um f\u00fcnf allgemeine Themen: Index, Steuern, Gesundheitspolitik, Arbeitszeitverk\u00fcrzung und Rentensystem. Jedes Thema wurde mit einer Frage an die acht Kandidaten er\u00f6ffnet, auf die sie gleichzeitig mit einem Schild antworten mussten, auf dem ihre Antworten standen, bevor die Diskussion in die Tiefe ging. “Kann Ihre Partei garantieren, dass der Index nicht manipuliert oder gedeckelt wird?”, “Ist Ihre Partei f\u00fcr eine permanente Re-Indexierung des Steuertarifs?”, “Sind Sie daf\u00fcr, dass private Arztpraxen Kernspintomographen betreiben d\u00fcrfen?”, “Sind Sie f\u00fcr eine generelle Arbeitszeitverk\u00fcrzung ohne Lohneinbu\u00dfen?”, “Wann kommt die Rentenmauer?”. Das war sicher einer der H\u00f6hepunkte des Abends.<\/p>\n

Eine Podiumsdiskussion, die sicherlich dazu beigetragen hat, mehr \u00fcber die Vorschl\u00e4ge der acht politischen Parteien zu erfahren.<\/p>\n
