{"id":16911,"date":"2023-09-16T12:07:40","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T10:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=16911"},"modified":"2023-11-17T19:26:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T18:26:10","slug":"renouvellement-de-la-cct-un-accord-a-ete-trouve","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/renouvellement-de-la-cct-un-accord-a-ete-trouve\/","title":{"rendered":"Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags &#8211; Einigung erzielt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Direktion von Cargolux, der OGBL und der LCGB freuen sich, mitteilen zu k\u00f6nnen, dass zwischen allen Parteien eine Einigung \u00fcber die Erneuerung des Kollektivvertrags erzielt wurde, die auch die vier strittigen Punkte beinhaltet: eine Lohnerh\u00f6hung von 5,5% vom 1. September 2023 bis zum 31. August 2027 (einschlie\u00dflich einer \u00fcberarbeiteten Lohntabelle f\u00fcr das technische Wartungspersonal), einen Indexschutz und die Politik des Unternehmens bez\u00fcglich der Heimarbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Daraufhin wurde der Streik mit sofortiger Wirkung beendet und alle Streikteilnehmer nahmen ihre Arbeit wieder auf.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verhandlungen fanden im Beisein des Generaldirektors von Cargolux, der OGBL-Pr\u00e4sidentin und des LCGB-Pr\u00e4sidenten statt.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ebnet den Weg f\u00fcr einen verst\u00e4rkten sozialen Dialog zwischen Cargolux und den Gewerkschaften, bei dem die Forderungen aller Parteien ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Cargolux bleibt ein wichtiger Pfeiler der Logistikindustrie in Luxemburg und das Engagement aller Parteien soll sicherstellen, dass dies auch in Zukunft so bleibt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt am 16.
