{"id":16636,"date":"2023-08-04T14:24:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-04T12:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/?post_type=communiques&#038;p=16636"},"modified":"2023-08-07T09:30:10","modified_gmt":"2023-08-07T07:30:10","slug":"plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-chez-tarkett-gdl","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/plan-de-maintien-dans-lemploi-chez-tarkett-gdl\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der Besch\u00e4ftigung bei Tarkett GDL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der OGBL, die Mehrheitsgewerkschaft im Unternehmen, und der LCGB haben sich mit der Direktion von Tarkett GDL auf einen Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der Besch\u00e4ftigung (plan de maintien dans l\u2019emploi &#8211; PME) geeinigt.<\/p>\n<p>Das auf Bodenbel\u00e4ge spezialisierte Unternehmen, das an seinem Standort in Clervaux rund 500 Arbeitnehmer*innen besch\u00e4ftigt, k\u00e4mpft derzeit mit konjunkturellen Schwierigkeiten und den Folgen der Covid-Krise. Der mit dem OGBL und dem LCGB unterzeichnete Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der Besch\u00e4ftigung hat zum Ziel, die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu sichern, die Kompetenzen m\u00f6glichst vieler Arbeitnehmer*innen zu erhalten und K\u00fcndigungen aus wirtschaftlichen Gr\u00fcnden bei Tarkett GDL zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von 8 Monaten, d.h. vom 1. September 2023 bis zum 30. April 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Elemente dieses PME sind<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anpassungsvorruhestand (pr\u00e9retraite-ajustement) und Altersteilzeit (pr\u00e9retraite progressive)<\/li>\n<li>freiwillige Abg\u00e4nge<\/li>\n<li>vor\u00fcbergehende \u00c4nderung des Arbeitsorganisationsplans (POT) f\u00fcr die Beschichtungsanlage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit diesen Ma\u00dfnahmen sollen Entlassungen vermieden und die Zukunft des Standorts Clervaux gesichert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das von den Sozialpartnern ausgehandelte Abkommen muss noch den zust\u00e4ndigen Instanzen zur Zustimmung vorgelegt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt von OGBL und LCGB<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>am 4.
