Dezember 2013 unterzeichnet werden. Der Vertrag sieht vor, dass ab Januar 2013 alle Arbeitnehmer aus dem Bereich des SAS-Kollektivvertrags Anrecht auf die Zahlung einer einmaligen Pr\u00e4mie von 1,5 %, auf ihren Brutto-Monatslohn berechnet, haben.<\/p>\n<p>Der beharrliche Widerstand des OGBL gegen das von den Patronatsb\u00fcndnissen geforderte Lohnmodell, das gegen die Interessen der Arbeitnehmer verst\u00f6\u00dft, hat schlussendlich den ersehnten Erfolg gebracht. Die Arbeitgebervertreter haben das Modell, das sie seit 2006 verlangt haben, zur\u00fcckgezogen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei k\u00fcnftigen Verhandlungen wird der OGBL weiter darauf bestehen, dass die 1,5% als fester Bestandteil in den Punktwert aufgenommen werden und die Gesundheits- und sozio-edukativen Berufe aufgewertet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom OGBL-Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen<br \/>\nam 5.
