Nachdem die Carrefour-Gruppe k\u00fcrzlich die \u00dcbernahme von Cora und Match in Frankreich und Rum\u00e4nien angek\u00fcndigt hatte, kursierten Ger\u00fcchte \u00fcber eine m\u00f6gliche \u00dcbernahme der beiden Ketten auch in Luxemburg.<\/p>\n

Die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitungen von Cora und Match Luxemburg haben ihren Personaldelegationen k\u00fcrzlich gleichzeitig die \u00dcbernahme der beiden Gruppen durch die franz\u00f6sische Handelskette Leclerc angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n

Der franz\u00f6sische Konzern \u00fcbernimmt somit die beiden Cora-Filialen Foetz & Concorde mit rund 470 Besch\u00e4ftigten, die zw\u00f6lf Match-Filialen, die dreizehn Smatch-Filialen sowie die Courth\u00e9oux-Zentrale mit insgesamt 720 Besch\u00e4ftigten.<\/p>\n

Nach Angaben der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitungen werden die Besch\u00e4ftigten zu den bisherigen Bedingungen \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n

Das OGBL Syndikat Handel, das in beiden Unternehmen die Mehrheit stellt, verfolgt die Entwicklung der beiden Handelsketten sehr genau und wird alles daran setzen, den Fortbestand der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze und der Arbeitsbedingungen der betroffenen Arbeitnehmer*innen zu sichern.<\/p>\n
