\"elections13\" Der OGBL weist darauf hin, dass die b\u00fcrgerlichen Rechte und Pflichten, d.h. ebenfalls das Recht, w\u00e4hlen zu gehen, Teil der in Luxemburg nach Artikel L. 233-11 des Arbeitsrechts (Code du travail) geltenden Freistellungsrechte ohne Lohnverlust sind. <\/p>\n

Wenn beispielsweise eine Krankenpflegerin am n\u00e4chsten Sonntag Dienst hat, kann sie gegen\u00fcber ihrem Arbeitgeber ihr Recht w\u00e4hlen zu gehen geltend machen, ohne dabei irgendwelche Sanktionen bef\u00fcrchten zu m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n

Der OGBL bittet alle Arbeitnehmer, die bei der Aus\u00fcbung dieses Rechts durch ihren Arbeitnehmer behindert wurden, ihm dies per E-Mail unter der folgenden Anschrift mitzuteilen: info@ogbl.lu<\/A><\/p>\n
