{"id":1581,"date":"2013-10-07T11:12:23","date_gmt":"2013-10-07T09:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/communiques\/cargolux-logbl-sensibilise-les-deputes-luxembourgeois"},"modified":"2023-05-23T19:44:16","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T17:44:16","slug":"cargolux-logbl-sensibilise-les-deputes-luxembourgeois","status":"publish","type":"communiques","link":"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/de\/communique\/cargolux-logbl-sensibilise-les-deputes-luxembourgeois\/","title":{"rendered":"OGBL sensitizes members of the Luxembourg Parliament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ogbl.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/communiques\/cargolux_102013.jpg\" alt=\"cargolux_102013\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-14454\" \/>Anxious to avoid a new misadventure as experienced with Qatar Airways, the OGBL sent three letters to the Government in which it requested a meeting with the responsible ministers. <\/p>\n<p>The Government is planning to sell the 35% of the shares returned by Qatar Airways to the Chinese financial investor HNCA (Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company) of the Henan province.<\/p>\n<p>The OGBL claims are summarized as follows:<br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI>Establishment of a <strong>sustainable business model<\/strong> that will ensure a long-term future for Cargolux and its employees as well as the airport logistics activity in Luxembourg.<br \/>\n<LI>Positioning of the new shareholder in favor of the<strong> Luxembourg social model <\/strong>and the Luxembourg location as such.<br \/>\n<LI>Production of a <strong>guarantee of employment<\/strong> for the employees in Luxembourg.<br \/>\n<LI><strong>No relocation<\/strong> of activities, neither at the maintenance, nor at the operational level.<br \/>\n<LI><strong>No blocking minority <\/strong>for the new shareholder.<br \/>\n<LI><strong>Respect of the co-management legislation<\/strong> at all levels (Board of Directors, Comit\u00e9 Mixte, Employees Delegation)<br \/>\n<LI>An in depth <strong>analysis of all potential buyers<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/UL><br \/>\nTo emphasize the Union claims, the OGBL distributed leaflets to the members of the Chamber of Deputies who convened on the 4th of October 2013 at the Parliament to discuss the Cargolux dossier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Released by the Syndicat Aviation civile of the OGBL<br \/>\non  4 October 2013<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4331,"template":"","categorie_communiques":[44],"syndicat":[68],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.1 -
