Oktober eine Delegation besagter Vereinigung zu einem Meinungsaustauch bez\u00fcglich der Asti-Position zur Beteiligung in Luxemburg lebender nicht-luxemburgischer B\u00fcrger an den Parlamentswahlen empfangen. <\/p>\n<p>Beide Organisationen haben die spezifische Gegebenheit, dass  Luxemburg 44 % ausl\u00e4ndische Einwohner z\u00e4hlt, geb\u00fchrend hervorgestrichen. Die Tatsache, dass ein Teil der Bev\u00f6lkerung von der Wahlbeteiligung ausgeschlossen ist, muss als gewichtiges Defizit f\u00fcr das Funktionieren der demokratischen Institutionen in Luxemburg angesehen werden. Die Asti und der OGBL sind f\u00fcr das Wahlrecht f\u00fcr Ausl\u00e4nder  bei den Parlamentswahlen, dies ungeachtet ihrer Nationalit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Eine breite Debatte m\u00fcsse dieser Frage gewidmet werden und die neue Abgeordnetenkammer m\u00fcsse, aus Sicht beider Organisation, diese Frage in der n\u00e4chsten Legislaturperiode insbesondere im Rahmen der anliegenden Verfassungsrevision aufgreifen. <\/p>\n<p>Letztendlich wurde die politische Interessenwahrnehmung der Grenzg\u00e4nger andiskutiert.
