Das Unterrichtsministerium hat nun diese Woche auf die Missst\u00e4nde reagiert und versichert, dass alle betroffenen Sch\u00fcler im LTPES angenommen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL begr\u00fc\u00dft die Nachricht, dass nun doch alle Sch\u00fcler auf eine 12e-Klasse im LTPES zugelassen werden und den angestrebten Beruf des Erziehers erlernen k\u00f6nnen. Wir weisen allerdings nochmals mit Nachdruck auf unsere Forderung hin, dass eine grundlegende Reform dringend n\u00f6tig ist, um nicht n\u00e4chstes Jahr im Herbst wieder das gleiche Problem der \u00dcberkapazit\u00e4ten zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausbildung einer angemessenen Anzahl an Erziehern ist elementar f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4t im Sozialsektor. In diesem Zusammenhang weisen wir nochmals darauf hin, dass die Qualit\u00e4t der Betreuung vor allem \u00fcber ausreichende Personaldotationen gew\u00e4hrleistet werden muss. Es muss daher sowohl im Kinder- als auch im Jugend-, Behinderten-, und Altenbereich vor allem auf eine richtige Ratio von qualifiziertem Personal (mindestens Erzieherdiplom) gegen\u00fcber weniger qualifiziertem Personal Wert gelegt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL wird im Interesse der Sch\u00fcler und des Erzieherberufes diese notwendige Reform, sowie weitere Gesetzesentw\u00fcrfe die die Sozialberufe betreffen (z.B. den Gesetzentwurf zu den \u201eStructures d\u2019\u00e9ducation et d\u2019accueil\u201c) genauestens verfolgen und sich daf\u00fcr einsetzen, dass alle die gleichen Chancen haben den Erzieherberuf zu erlernen und nach abgeschlossenem Diplom auch eine angemessene Stelle zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitgeteilt vom Syndikat Gesundheit und Sozialwesen des OGBL<br \/>\nam 5.
